6th Grade Math SAT 41104B

Kelly,Good morning! I had a quick question regarding the 6th grade math SAT 41104B on page 30. It reads, "The student will use whole numbers and + and - to translate written expressions in word problems into numerical expressions."In the written expression, do the numbers have to be written out? For example, can it read, " In the pond there were 2 ducks and then 3 more ducks arrived...." Or does it have to be " In the pond there were two ducks and then three more ducks arrived..." RESPONSE: EITHER WAY WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE. IF YOU REVIEW SOME SATS FOR SIMILAR AGLIS (SPECIFICALLY 41203 AND 41303) THE EXAMPLES THAT ARE PROVIDED WITH THE SATS PRESENT THE WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS NUMBERS BOTH WAYS.Many thanks for your help,Stacy
