Student Moving to new district

Hello Alicia,

My name is Jaime and I am a Special Education teacher . I completed the NYSAA with one of
my students at the beginning of January and have completed a collegial
review. Last Wednesday afternoon, I received notification that my
student's last day would be Friday and that she would be moving to a new
district . My question is whether I should submit the NYSAA
for this student or if I should send all of the completed materials to
her new district to send. Any information you could give me would really

submit it for scoring.
