On the Profile DCS, the teacher name and initials print out in the staff
initials section and key. Is it necessary to have a teacher hand write
initials next to that or is the print out ok? I know this was ok last
year. Is it ok for this year?
Hi Elizabeth!
Thanks for the question regarding staff initials on a Data Collection
Sheet printed in ProFile. No, it is not necessary to hand write the
initials on the form as well as the printed initials. As was the case
last year Scorers will use the initials to compare to an Observer
Verification Form if one is submitted as supporting evidence. The person
who signs the OVF as the observer cannot be the same person who
collected the data (indicated by the initials on the DCS).
Take care,
Alicia
