Question on Grade 4 Science AGLI 32212 and SAT32212

Thank you for your question. We have consulted with our curriculum and
assessment people. SAT32212 in Grade 4 Science, Standard 4, Key idea 2
aligns to AGLI 32212. We see where there is the issue, as the SAT refers
to matter; however water is part of matter, so the alignment is OK.
Since the SAT as written only references matter, information or items
worked on other than and/or in addition to water would be acceptable at
scoring.

However, it is important to keep the steps chart on page 14 of the
Administration Manual in mind. The steps for putting a datafolio
together start with selecting the AGLI and then selecting/creating an
assessment task. Someone should not be selecting a task without first
selecting an AGLI to work on with the student. Please let us know if
