Printing Problems and Hole Punching

1. Profile - It was reported to me that on the OVF even when the
observer title/position is checked by the LSET entering the information,
it does not always print out. (I cannot personally verify whether this
is correct)

2. Hole punching - some of the required data is being cut off by the
hole punch - (i.e.g, the check for the grade on the student page, the
position on the OVF)

Thank you for forwarding these questions.
We are not aware of nay issues related to printing ProFile documents. As
recommended for all documents teachers must carefully review each
document before submitting the assessment for scoring.
If required data is an issue because of hole punches a teacher can make
a note on the document as needed.
