Concrete Objects?

Hi Kelly: Happy Holidays first. I received a question this morning and

just wanted to double check.
4th Grade Math AGLI#13106. It states using concrete objects. The
teacher had the student use stickers to complete the problems. In
Collegial Review, another teacher is questioning stickers as concrete
objects. Is this acceptable? Thanks. Phyllis
Hi Phyllis,

Thank you for the question. Concrete objects can be stickers, pictures,
tic marks, blocks, etc. Concrete objects may be 1-dimensional or
3-dimensional. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Enjoy your Holiday Season!
Thank you,
