Hi Kelly,
Just a question about a notation on a data collection sheet…would you put the notation on the data collection sheet itself, on the OVF or add an additional sheet to the evidence?
Thanks,
Maria
Hi Maria,
Thank you for the follow-up question regarding where to put the notation. The administration guidelines do not require that the notation be written/included in a specific place. The teacher is free to include it wherever they feel most appropriate. In this case, a notation included on the actual Data Collection Sheet might be the best place since that is the main Verifying Evidence. We could see a notation getting missed or a Scorer not knowing where the notation belonged to if it were on a separate sheet of paper. We have seen notations in a variety of places. The important thing is that the notation is clear to an outside person. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
