SED Policy on Retesting NYSAA students

Official SED Policy:

Because the NYSAA is an on-demand test, once a high school student
participates in the NYSAA based on Committee on Special Education
determination and birth date and age, he/she cannot participate in the
NYSAA any subsequent year to improve his/her score, because of a change
in medical excusal or due to teacher error and no score.
